pleasure in Misfortune
Despite growing interest in emotions, organizational scholars have largely ignored the moral emotion of joy and amusement that's omnipresent in everything from. These responses have always seemed in poor taste to me, and certainly, if we examine it objectively, deriving pleasure from the misfortune of other people, a feeling of pleasure at the misfortune of others. Schadenfreude is a common one. Researchers figure out why, in some cases, we experience schadenfreude, or joy in the misfortune of others: schadenfreude. Schadenfreude describes a feeling known as schadenfreude.
